All About Hypertension We Called BP!!!

Blood Pressure which we called hypertension as well is the most common one among today’s scenario. Hypertension usually doesn’t show any kind of symptoms…Its good to have a regular check ups.Few reasons for this has been shared after several studies which includes Lack of Exercise, unhealthy diet, Improper food timings, lack of water, stress and vice-versa.

Here are some simple tricks we have which helps you to control your BP:

Sleep

You Should take at least 7 hours of sleep in order to give a rest to your body..Lack of sleep or sleeping disorder can create a big problem of BP.

Avoid Stress

We all have that hectic situation in our life as in today scenario everyone is living the schedule of a hectic lifestyle…But in order to keep you r body fit it’s good to stay calm and live healthy.

Proper Exercise

Use to do some form of exercise that will help your body to be in a active mode and away from hypertension.

Food  you should add in your diet to get rid of hypertension:

Banana

Spinach

Oatmeal
